Donald Louis Evans (born 27 July 1946) was the United States Secretary of Commerce from 2001 to 2004 under George W. Bush.
Formerly the CEO of the oil company Tom Brown Inc., Evans and the Bush administration were manipulated by the Templar corporation Abstergo Industries. With the administration's low level of regulation on the private sector, Abstergo was able to gain more power.
