Dominique Bûches was a senior member of the Girondist party during the French Revolution. He's also the leader of Theron Brignac. He run a shop in 39 Rue des Cordeliers, Le Quartier Latin, Paris.
After the assassination of Jean-Paul Marat, Arno Dorian visited the St. Germain Prison and questioned the Girondist suspect Brignac, who was the political opponent sent to kill Marat but the job was already done by someone.
