Richard "Dick" Cheney (born January 30, 1941) is an American politician and businessman who served as Vice President of the United states from 2001 to 2009, under President George W. Bush. His tenure was marked by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, which prompted the launch of the War on Terror a month later.
Secretly, however, Cheney was being influenced by the Templar Order, who orchestrated the attacks, paving the way for Cheney's military contractors to accept jobs from the government and escalate the war further. As a result, Templar influence spread, and Cheney was able to strengthen the American armed forces, ensuring the war would continue.
