An air assassination is a signature technique used by the Assassins to kill a target by leaping down on them from above, most often with a Hidden Blade.[1][2][3][4] As documented in his Codex, it was re-developed by the Mentor Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad in the 12th century[5] although its use long predates him.[6][7][8]
