Agellos was an art merchant in Naxos of Naxos Island, Greece during the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War he drew the attention of the visiting Spartan misthios Kassandra to the graffiti critiquing and threatening the leader of the island, Phoenix. Investigating the scenes, Kassandra gathered bits and pieces from them and asked for Agellos' opinion on them, as an art merchant. With the clues he could give her, Kassandra could track down the artist in the caves by the Routsouna Waterfall.[1]
