Communism is a revolutionary socialist and radical leftist movement to create a classless, moneyless and stateless social order, structured upon common ownership of the means of production, as well as a social, political and economic ideology that aims at the establishment of this social order.
There exists different variants of this ideology such as the one introduced by the Russian revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin. Under the name of marxism-leninism, it was eventually developed to be the ideology of the future Soviet Union.
It had become the favored form of government in Russia during the Russian Revolution of the early 20th century, when the Bolsheviks rose up against the authoritarian tsardom. The Assassins, who formerly operated as the Narodnaya Volya against the Tsardom, supported the Bolsheviks and their leader Vladimir Lenin - whose brother, Aleksandr Ulyanov, was an Assassin - to replace the royal house with a populist government.[1]
After many Russians had migrated to the United States in fear of the Industrial Revolution, the fear of socialism and communism grew among the American populace. This became known as the Red Scare, which culminated in the Palmer Raids organized by Attorney General Alexander Mitchell Palmer. Numerous immigrants were arrested on suspicions of spreading radical leftist ideals, and deported back to Europe.[2]
Lenin's successor, Joseph Stalin, later became a puppet for the Templar Order, aiding in igniting the Second World War.[3] While the Templar leadership of Abstergo Industries took up an anti-communistic perspective towards their employees, they nonetheless used communism as a means to achieve their desired New World Order.[4]
