The Colosseum, or Roman Coliseum, is one of the most famous landmarks of Rome and is featured in the upcoming Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. The player is able to climb the Colosseum and it was climbed by Ezio Auditore da Firenze and his apprenticed Assassins in 1503. It is also revealed to be one of the secret locations in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.[1]
