Pope Adrian III (died 885) was Bishop of Rome from 17 May 884 to his death, serving for a little more than a year.

In 885, Adrian was scheduled to attend a Diet in Worms organized by King Charles III to discuss the imperial succession of Charles' son Bernard as the next King of the Carolingian Empire. However, Adrian died along the way and never reached the diet, leading Charles to speculate that he was killed by the zealot religious group Bellatores Dei.[1]
