Cerball mac Dúnlainge (died 888) was King of Osraige from 842 until his death.
Biography
In 879 he sent a letter to Flann Sinna, demanding a meeting to resolve the matter of pagans and druids littering the land.[1]
Circa 881, after Abbot Eogan mac Cartaigh had been unveiled as a pagan conspirator and leader of the Druid cult, the Children of Danu, Cerball and the other kings summoned Flann to discuss implementing a Druid inquisition.[2]
