Brunelleschi was a doctor based in Rome in the early 16th century.
History
After being poisoned, Pietro Rossi was carried by the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze to Brunelleschi's stand located just outside the Colosseum. Brunelleschi recognized Pietro's symptoms as the effects of cantarella, having witnessed them earlier in his other patients, and he gave the actor a "pretty effective antidote," stating that leeches would lead to a full recovery.
