Brennus (or Brennos) was a chieftain of the Senones.

Leading an army of Cisalpine Gauls in 387 BCE, Brennus sacked the city and occupied it for months, before leaving after a ransom was paid.

In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy.[1]
