The bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops) are a genus of dolphins. Bottlenose dolphins are aquatic mammals and highly intelligent. They can be found worlwide in most warm seas.

Bottlenose dolphins could also be found in the Mediterranean Sea at the times of ancient Greece, swimming alongside the Adrestia of Barnabas and mercenary Kassandra.[1]
