The Borki train disaster was an event in which the imperial train carrying Tsar Alexander III derailed near Borki station.

On October 29, the imperial train left Crimea for Petrograd. While riding through the countryside, the Assassin Nikolai Orelov jumped on board of the train and made his way to the Templar Tsar Alexander III, in order to assassinate him and to acquire the Staff of Eden.
