Boris Yeltsin (1 February 1931 - 23 April 2007) was the first President of Russia, in office from 1991 to 1999.

Yeltsin was secretly a member of the Templar Order. When the Templars realized that the then-leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev, didn't recognize the Templars' goals, Margaret Thatcher sent a letter to Yeltsin telling him of a change of plans. A secret meeting was called in Belavezhskaya Forest, and Yeltsin was appointed to unseat Gorbachev and take over control of Russia.
