Benjamin Lincoln (24 January 1733 – 9 May 1810) was an American army officer. During the American Revolutionary War, he served as a Major General in the Continental Army.

Following the siege of Yorktown in 1781, Lincoln formally accepted the surrender of British general Charles Cornwallis on behalf of George Washington, marking the effective end of the war. During this period, the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton had a replica of Lincoln's personal sword made.
