Bahlam was a member of the Caribbean Brotherhood of Assassins, and the father of Ah Tabai.
At some point in the latter half of the 17th century, Bahlam secured the Sage Thom Kavanagh from Peter Beckford's estate, preventing him from falling under Laureano Torres y Ayala's Templar influence.
