I wouldn't be so suprise about it when I saw the trailer. Rodrigo and Cesare both have sex with Lucrezia, and Cesare killed his own brother in order to rise to power. Like father like son, so I bet that Alexander VI himself also killed his relative (if he had) to become the Pope
