If Daniel gets indeed captured by Abstergo, this must have taken place after Desmond escaped Abstergo and he couldn't have been Subject Sixteen, otherwise it would be contradictory to what I said in the first sentence. | |||

Well, in AC, Abstergo didn't know the true cause of the Tunguska event. Daniel finds out by viewing Nikolai's memories. If Daniel gets indeed captured by Abstergo, this must have taken place after Desmond escaped Abstergo and he couldn't have been Subject Sixteen, otherwise it would be contradictory to what I said in the first sentence.
