Recently, in a Forum posting, Izamanaick added a link to the iTunes track list for the Assassin's Creed: Revelations soundtrack. Using the song titles, I believe I have a rough idea for what the story entails, but please understand that it is merely speculation off of official track listing, and feel free to speculate using this information too.
Tonight, I spent some time looking at the track list for Revelations, and I believe I have a good idea of the chronological order of the plotline.

WARNING: SPOILERS TO COME!
Ezio Auditore da Firenze
Ezio Auditore da Firenze
The plot for Ezio Auditore da Firenze begins with him invading Masyaf, as we saw in the E3 preview for the memory, "The Wounded Eagle." In this memory, Ezio heads to Masyaf to acquire one of the Keys of Altaïr from Leandros. During this first attempt, it seems Ezio is captured by the Byzantine Templars, but manages to escape.
The plot for Ezio Auditore da Firenze seems to begin with him invading Masyaf, as we saw in the E3 preview for the memory, "The Wounded Eagle," in which Ezio returns to Masyaf to acquire one of the Keys of Altaïr from Leandros, a member of the Templar Order. It appears that Ezio is unsuccessful this first time, and is captured by the Byzantine Templars and put onto a beam on the side of the Masyaf fortress with a noose around his neck, as we saw in the original Revelations trailer. From there, Ezio seems to escape his captors, but it is not known whether he assassinates Leandros or not before departing from Masyaf.

From Masyaf, he seems to charter a ship home, and on that ship he briefly meets the young, ambitious ruler, Suleiman I. Once in Constantinople, Ezio is greeted by the Master Assassin of the Constantinople Assassins Guild, Yusuf Tazim. The two discuss the Assassins, and the state of the city, before performing Leaps of Faith off of the Galata Tower, in the classic introduction cutscene as seen in past games. Ezio also appears to have some contact with Sofia Sorto, who he would later marry in his life.

This next area in the plot line is sort of a grey area at this point, but it appears that Ezio has more contact with these Byzantine Templars, and later assassinates Manuel Palaiologos. Ezio then appears to invade an Ottoman cistern, possibly for a Key, that likely resembles a Lair of Romulus. Next, Ezio appears to assassinate another figure, and heads to the Forum of the Ox to acquire yet another Key of Altaïr.

After collecting this Key, it appears Ezio exits the Constantinople harbor by destroying ships using the Greek Fire, and heads back to Masyaf, likely to confront Leandros and get his key this time, but with a more coordinated and sophisticated attack method. Ezio then seems to return back to Constantinople yet again, but seems to go underground to the Templar city of Cappadocia, likely to recover the final key. After this, Ezio travels back to Masyaf for the final time to infiltrate the library of Altaïr, collects its contents, and likely retires with Sofia afterwards, basically linking Revelations and Embers, the short film about Ezio's later life in the Florentine countryside.

Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad
Altaïr's storyline seems to begin with him arriving back in Masyaf during the Siege of Masyaf, where his son, Umar Ibn-La'Ahad, is killed. During the Siege, Altaïr frees his Mentor, Al Mualim from the fortress by assassinating the traitorous Assassin, the Crusader.

During this sequence, Abbas Sofian gets into a heated argument with Altaïr, and shoves him off of a cliff. Abbas then climbs a tower in Masyaf and begins using the Apple. Altaïr would later find Abbas completely brainwashed from the power of the Apple, and would retrieve it.

Altaïr would later find Abbas completely brainwashed from the power of the Sixth Apple, and would retrieve it from his mesmerized body.

In his last sequence, it appears that Altaïr passes the leadership of the Assassin Order to Malik Al-Sayf while he leaves for his trip to Mongolia. Once Altaïr returns some years later, he finds Malik imprisoned, and Abbas as the new Grand Master. Altaïr regains control of the Brotherhood, and appears to pass the torch and reign of the Order to a new, currently unknown character.
In his last sequence, it appears that Altaïr regains control of the Brotherhood, and appears to pass the torch and reign of the Order on to his successor.

Well, that's it for this blog, guys, hope you enjoyed this little speculation. I'm sorry if some of this information isn't the most accurate, but please remember it is speculation and just a fun guess at what Revelations has in store for us.

Tonight, I spent some time looking at the track list for Revelations, and I believe I have a good idea of the chronological order of the plotline.

Ezio Auditore da Firenze[edit | edit source]

The plot for Ezio Auditore da Firenze begins with him invading Masyaf, as we saw in the E3 preview for the memory, "The Wounded Eagle." In this memory, Ezio heads to Masyaf to acquire one of the Keys of Altaïr from Leandros. During this first attempt, it seems Ezio is captured by the Byzantine Templars, but manages to escape.

From Masyaf, Ezio seems to charter a ship home, and on that ship he briefly meets the young, ambitious ruler, Suleiman I, as well as his later wife, Sofia Sorto. Once in Constantinople, Ezio is greeted by the Master Assassin of the Constantinople Assassins Guild, Yusuf Tazim. The two discuss the state of the city, before performing Leaps of Faith off of the Galata Tower, in the classic introduction scene.

This next area in the plot line appears to involve Ezio having more confrontations with Byzantine Templars, and later assassinating Manuel Palaiologos. Ezio then appears to invade an Ottoman cistern, possibly for a Key of Altaïr. Next, Ezio appears to assassinate another figure, and heads to the Forum of the Ox to acquire yet another Key of Altaïr.

After collecting this Key, it appears Ezio exits the Constantinople harbor by destroying ships using the Greek Fire. Later, Ezio goes underground to the Templar city of Cappadocia, most likely to recover the final key.

Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad[edit | edit source]

Altaïr's storyline begins with him arriving back in Masyaf during the Siege of Masyaf, during which his father, Umar Ibn-La'Ahad, is killed.

The next sequence with Altaïr appears to be of him returning to Masyaf some years later, and killing Al Mualim, and then burning his body. During this sequence, Abbas engages in a heated argument with Altaïr over the body's burning, and shoves him off of a cliff. Abbas then climbs a tower in Masyaf and begins using the Apple. Altaïr would later find Abbas completely brainwashed from the power of the Sixth Apple, and would retrieve it from his mesmerized body.
