Hero Strike maxed out, combined with Battlecry of Ares maxed out.  The cooldown on Hero Strike is the length of Battlecry's death-prevention power, letting you reliably use it twice within 20 seconds.  The Pirate Set boosts your Assassin damage better than any of the other legendary sets (including bonuses to Critical Chance, Critical Chance at Full Health, and Critical Damage), and since health doesn't seem to help anyway, use the Falx of Olympos (or at least its engraving) and double that damage.  This combo two-shots bosses even on Nightmare difficulty (as long as critical hits proc appropriately), and it's honestly the only way I've been able to treat the endless camp clearing like an actual Assassin's Creed game.

Though I can tell you the Writhing Dread was much worse; ranged attacks, summoned backup, teleports away from your abilities, AND more durable than even the Minotaur and the Cyclops for some reason—and at least they had cutscenes that reset your cooldowns. Ultimately had to turtle up in a Greek Heroes build that made her attacks worthless, but the battle dragged on for 25 minutes.  Phila is nothing compared to that wretch.

This combo two-shots bosses even on Nightmare difficulty (and thus forced "Heavy" level scaling, albeit as long as critical hits proc appropriately), and it's honestly the only way I've been able to treat the endless camp clearing like an actual Assassin's Creed game.
