-No, anyone can have a custom signature. The default signature is by adding 4x ~ <nowiki>(~~~~)</nowiki>, this also adds date and time along with your username. And in case you want a custom signature, you can add the edited format of your new signature (custom font family, size and color) to the option in preferences.
