When it's capitalized, yes. Evidently it seems that particular cells, or maybe only the larger ones, had their own Mentor. Mentor?[edit source]
Does the term Mentor mean the same thing here that it does on the Mentor page? I thought that there hadn't been a Mentor since the death of "the Mentor" at the hands of Daniel Cross.
