This is not mispelled. This is the spelling that is listed on the DLC pages of Steam and Amazon https://store.steampowered.com/app/324331/Assassins_Creed_Unity_Revolutionary_Armaments_Pack/

Considering the mispelling in the steam page for the pack, it's fine for the redirect to exist. However, redirect pages do not have any content besides the redirection proper so that has been excised.

This item is named "The Iron Dragon" inside the game menu of [[Assassin's Creed: Unity]] but named "The Iron Dragoon Pistol" on website pages for purchasing the [[Revolutionary Armaments Pack]].
 
 
A dragoon was a short type of early flintlock [[blunderbuss]] gun which preceded the short-barrel shotgun. It was often carried by mounted cavalry, who were also sometimes called dragoon.
