Stoa

The Stoa of Korinth in Korinthia, Greece, was located right next to the Temple of Apollo. Unlike most stoas, this stoa wasn't public and was protected by military personnel.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra infiltrated the place, killed the captain, and claimed the valuables in the stoa.[1]
