Muzio Attendolo Sforza (28 May 1369 – 4 January 1424), born Giacomo or Jacopo Attendolo, was an Italian condottiero and founder of the House of Sforza. He was Francesco I's father.

In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy.
