Lygdamis II (died c. 454 BCE) was a Greek tyrant who ruled over Halicarnassus during the early 5th century BCE. He was the grandson on Artemisia I of Caria.
He was eventually overthrown in a coup d'état. Among the conspirators were Herodotos, a native of Halicarnassus who had previously been exiled to Samos.[1]
