Leonard Wong is an employee of Abstergo Industries. In November 2010 he sent a message to James Morse, explaining the need to arrange an appointment with Alan Rikkin. Such outsourcing of help was due to the fact that Leonard had received no direct reply from Alan concerning the appointment. Assuming Alan was busy, Leonard turned to James for help.
