Le Havre is a commune and city in Normandy, France.

During the Seven Years' War, the Colonial Templar Shay Cormac sent spies to the city to investigate a planned French attack against the British Empire.^[1] As the conflict intensified, the Templars requested additional spies be sent to the city.^[2]
