Klaudios in the Pephka Arena

Klaudios the King of Bandits (died 420s BCE) was a bandit and one of the champions of the Pephka Arena during the 5th century BCE in Pephka, Greece.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Klaudios used poison and deception, trickery in his fights, and these were enough to get him into the top five fighters at the Arena, gaining himself a place at the monument outside the Arena gates.[1]

During the Peloponnesian War, Klaudios faced the Spartan misthios Kassandra within the Arena, and was slain.[2]
