Eveline Dipper (died 1868) was a member of the British Rite of the Templar Order who operated out of London during the Victorian era. Dipper was known to use her charm to convince people to give her their most precious belongings, even their children if she could find a buyer, which she would then go on to sell to make a profit. In 1868, the British Assassin Henry Green marked her for assassination and provided the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye with Dipper's name and location. The pair found her while she attempted to pawn her goods to clients at a black market and assassinated her under cover of a smoke bomb.[1]
