Donald Louis Evans (born 27 July 1946) was the United States Secretary of Commerce from 2001 to 2004 under George W. Bush.

Formerly the CEO of the oil company Tom Brown Inc., Evans and the Bush administration were manipulated by the Templar company Abstergo Industries, via the latter utilizing the administration's loose regulation of the private sector to gain more influence.[1]

On 15 October 2003, during a visit to Baghdad to meet with community leaders to talk about the progress of the economy in Iraq in the midst of the ongoing conflict, Evans stopped at an elementary school and was photographed handing out sweets to the children there.[2][1]
