The Cursed Mace of Herakles

The Cursed Mace of Herakles was legendary mace which belonged to the Greek hero Herakles in the Isu Aletheia's simulation of Tartaros, a place in the Greek underworld.

Carved from wood to resemble the head of the Nemean Lion, the mace ended up in the hands of the Spartan misthios Kassandra after she defeated Herakles.[1]

Description
This mace is a tribute to the Nemean Lion, the first of Herakles' Twelve Labors.

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Cursed Mace of Herakles, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey's DLC The Fate of Atlantis: Torment of Hades, shares the same model as Herakles' Mace, a weapon in the main game, albeit with an added glow.

The Cursed Herakles' Mace is actually a club despite being named a mace.
