Caius Galerius was a member of the early Roman Senate during Romulus' reign as the Roman Kingdom's first ruler. In 717 BCE, he took part in an assassination plot against the king, acting as the spokesmen for the prominent Cult of Uni member Thresu and operating in the shadows to recruit enough traitors in Rome for the plan.[1]
