Ok, you can read my reply if you want, just check the history.
Yes on average maybe but my old aunt uses her computer 24-7(sends me annoying emails about new stuff >_>) and pretty much most of my (rich)family members know how to use modern gizmos. My 70-something old Grand-aunt learnt how to use a new touch-screen phone model. So yes, on average that may be very true but this theory changes from individual to individual so you must have an open mind. Each person has his/her own unique body and mind(and soul if you prefer) so there are some who continue to be able to adapt until their body and mind finally loose strength. This can happen at any age after the body has stopped growing but there is no fixed time so the time where brain functions get too feeble changes from person to person. I know some people who are in their late 30s but don't remember or learn a thing, I have to spend hours explaining to them what to do and even then they don't get it. That's just how they were raised.
