Actually, Templars = Red. AC1 you see the Templars with red cross. AC2 is the Borgia Guards. Papal Guards in ACB are red too. Who is red in Revelations? Byzantines (Templars). So, Redcoats are mainly templars (Maybe not all, but the most). And like every game, they have some traitors and others beside the templars. Like AC2 was Savonarola, ACB was the Hermeticists.

And who gives a fuck if they show USA as heroes and England as bad guys? They show AC in Russia and the villains was the Russians. They show AC in Italy and the villains was the Itallians. Now, is different because USA isn`t USA already. So if they made a game like in 1850 and stuff, USA WILL be the enemy. So stop being "Omg, they are overrating the USA and mimimi".
