So is it safe to assume they're in the same universe? That doesn't mean that Aiden will ever kill any Templars or get involved with the Assassins in anyway, but it could mean that they drop hints to each other.
It would make sense, wouldn't it. Many people have been asking for a modern-day AC. I think this may be it...
