It doesn't matter that the ideals of the Templars are good, BECAUSE the way they do is evil. This makes them evil. There have been countless evil overlords who envision peace and stability but kill thousands on the way, and they are all named as villains and maniacs because of how they do it, forget the outcome(or planned outcome). Now that's just mine, and most likely a lot of other peoples, opinion. Good and evil is all about morality. And I'm not saying that the Assassins are good, far from it. The Assassins ideas of free will lead to a lot more wars and violence before people realize how stupid they are for starting all these violent wars. The Assassins and Templars are one in the same, just deluded about how much alike they are.
