Scaled Gauntlets

The Scaled Gauntlets were a pair of gauntlets commonly found in the 5th century BCE Greece.

Made with multiple, overlapping layers of metal scales over a leather base, the gauntlets were a piece of artisanship that was as functional as it was admirable.[1]
