Muthis (died 48 BCE) was the Ptolemaic captain of Camp Shetjeh in Siwa.

Around 48 BCE, Muthis accused the village's blacksmith, Benipe, of rebelling when he spotted him crafting a sword. As such, he had the blacksmith's tools confiscated, preventing him from doing business. On Benipe's request, Muthis was later assassinated by the Medjay Bayek, who had returned from his journey.[1]
