Jennifer Tam is an employee working for Abstergo Entertainment. The Abstergo Entertainment research analyst discovered emails sent between her and another employee, Philippe Chartrand, while hacking Abstergo Entertainment computers.

In 2014, over the course of several days, Tam and her colleague Chartrand discussed the research analyst, Edward and Bernard Kenway, and the cute barista working in the building lobby.
