However, some of the things aren't weapons and the Medicine topic was recently edited (which I fixed up a little) saying that medicine could be bought from shops or doctors. I didn't delete this because I didn't know if it was true or not. After doing some research (Google that is) I didn't find anything that concurred with what the anonymous poster wrote.
