And if you are going to mention other Templars that have defected from the Assassins, Al Mualim was easily corrupted by The Apple of Eden, Vali Cel Tradat joined because he wanted to honor his home country of Wallachia and avenge Vlad Tepes, Haytham Kenway defected because he never knew that the Templars killed his father and kidnapped his sister, and finally, Daniel Cross, he did so because he was a sleeper agent, and only defected out of fear, and you cannot call it defecting unless one side has done something to him.
