	:Well one thing I can think of is when I read about 'users like to be recognized'... Well we got a community link where you see the forum, the staff etc on... Then why don't we also put one for the high contributors themselves on that list. A list that displays all their names on it and icons similar to the staff page, which I think will only motivate them to do more, cause say if someone is inactive for a long time, we remove them. But you have to put a timeline on it, a limit. We'll sort out the time tables (since we have people from all over the world) to schedule it when all or most can take part. It will have plenty of advertising before too.
