I felt the same way, too when I played the first one and they mentioned Jesus using the Apple of Eden. I was pretty upset, but there's a huge disclaimer at the beginning that says people from various religious backgrounds made the game, so they probably aren't offended by the crazy ideas in the AC universe. Even though it goes against existence of a single Creator and everything that's in the Bible basically, it's a good sci-fi twist that I happen to like. I just make sure I don't start to believe the ideas expressed in the game, because most of it is not true. Still a firm believer in God and Jesus Christ.
