I'm not so sure, I get the feeling that, much like how in Assassin's Creed you can go to Arsuf pretty much only once; and in Assassin's Creed II you can only go to the Vatican once; there will be a one-off location. Whilst researching Cesare Borgia, I found out that in reality he died at a siege in Spain in 1507, it may be that you get to go there to finish him off.
