Lucy is a traitor. The Templars almost had the apple but Juno killed Lucy and now the Templars want it back.

Remember that thing about the Assassins saying they were going to attack the Templars at their home or something like that? Bill sounds like he is talking to Assassins in Abstergo's multiplayer.

What will the gameplay be like? Traditional or Desmond's Journey?

Here's my prediction: when 16 saved Desmond form the Black Room, he talked about that memories make the man. Did he pass on his memories to Dezzy? He did have an ancestor who was at the Gettysburg Address(check his wikia page). He is trying to show Desmond through the Animus that Lucy was a traitor. This is why he didnt say anything during ACR; he knew Desmond would see soon enough. This also explains ACBs Truth video. Also, I think we might see that finding "Eve" is finding Clay's memory of her, with something about the AOE, which is all but confirmed to be connected with the blue glow on Desmond's arm at ACRs ending. We might even see Clay playing a memory or two as Ezio("si. Ezio Auditore!").
