Well, we do have a history of various commotions and bloodsheds; The fight between Lapu-Lapu and Ferdinand Magellan, The war with the Spaniards (and much later on, the Japanese), the time we were under the Spanish influence, the fight of the Katipunans, Ferdinand Marcos' time as president (and how he declared Martial Law in the country), People Power, and other historical events I'm not too sure about. There are also various heroes that could be members of the assassins (Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Emilio Aguinaldo, Apolinario Mabini, etc.)

It could happen. There are barely any games that cover anything about the Philippines. It's an idea that's been in my head for some time, but too lazy to formulate more. BTW, that is one beautiful logo for the Philippine Assassins. :D
