In 1908 the Staff of Eden dissappeared in Russia. Daniel Cross is supposed to play a significant role in Desmonds story in the next coming game(s). Daniel Cross' ancestor is Nikolai Orelov who played a major part in the [[Tunguska Explosion|Tunguska event]]. It is possible that Daniel has the staff (somehow, to be explained I assume) and now that Desmond has the Apple, the two can be united again (like Ezio done at the end of ACII)?
