Nice signature, tell TST he did a good job. About the superfluous edits...
I noticed that you've added unnecessary information to articles that is unneeded at those articles and is just confusing. For example (this isn't a real example just a basic situation relative to what you did) on an article about say Cesare Borgia, in a sentence that would say something like "He was the illegitimate son of Rodrigo Borgia" you would usually add something like "He was the illegitimate son of Rodrigo Borgia, the Grand Master of the Templar Order until his death in 1503 by a poisoned Apple force-fed to him by Cesare." While that information is true and good, it doesn't belong on the article about Cesare. The basic rule of thumb is that if there is a relationship or something like that to another character in one character's article, you don't add more than is necessary and only pertains to their relationship. I know this sounds like a vague explanation, but it's difficult to explain; it's one of those things you just get a feel for over time and can just look at an article and instantly realize (at least I can).
