OK, everyone calme down. We all have differents points of view here obvisously.
I'm playing through the game right now (Sequence 6) and at this point it has not been stated that Yusuf is a Grand Master or "Mentor". However, Ezio is called Mentor every single time by the apprentices, now I know that doesn't mean anything, but from what I can see while I am playing, it really feels like Ezio is more respected than Yusuf. And also, according to the game, Grand Master and Mentor are the same rank. In the description of Altaïr it says "Mentor" (even in one of his mission) and at some point Ezio says "Altaïr - Grand Master at 26". So yeah, i'm pretty sure they are the same.
